Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

You retain ownership of all content you create or publish through the Service. Serplume retains ownership of the platform, its design, and its underlying technology.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
